Within the scope of a scientific research project funded by TUBITAK, a research team formed of academic staff members fromGazi University Department of Mechanical Engineering and ERMAKSAN Inc. succeeded in designing and producing the first industrial-size 3D metal printer of Turkey, and it was introduced to global market at the Formnext 2017 Fair at Frankfurt between 14-17th November 2017. Our head of the department, Professor Rahmi UNAL, and deputy head of the department Assoc. Prof. Oguzhan YILMAZ participated the fair together with the authorities of ERMAKSAN company.
The training session entitled “ANSYS on Campus” was conducted on May 22, 2025.
