A plaque presentation and honouring to our emeritus, Prof. Yasar Turhan HONDUR, Prof. Ali DURMAZ, Prof. Nevzat ONUR, Prof. Can COGUN and Prof. Mufit GULGEC, who contributed to our Department for years with their precious efforts, was organized at June 8th, 2011. The ceremony was made at the Student Laboratory, which was re-organized for the next semester.

The ceremony began with the opening speech of the Dept. Administrator Prof. Senol BASKAYA, followed by the plaque presentations and speeches of our emeritus. Finally a cocktail was made, planned and organized by the Social Committee of the DEpartment. We would like to express our gratitude to all participating academic and managerial staff to the ceremony.
