According to the 2024–2025 Academic Calendar of our university, the "Course Withdrawal with Advisor Approval" process will take place on April 18, 2025.
Please note that withdrawal requests or requests to reinstate a withdrawn course submitted after this date will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Students must apply to the Faculty Student Affairs with the Course Withdrawal Petition, which can be obtained from the faculty student affairs office or downloaded from the faculty website.
In addition, students are required to inform their academic advisors about their intention to withdraw from the course.

It is extremely important to pay attention to the following points during this process, which must be conducted jointly by the student and the advisor:

1. A student may withdraw from only one course per semester.

2. Throughout their entire academic career, a student may withdraw from a maximum of six courses.

3. If the student's total course load during the current semester is 30 ECTS or less, withdrawal is not permitted.

4. Courses offered in the first two semesters of the curriculum are not eligible for withdrawal.

5. A course that has already been withdrawn in a previous semester cannot be withdrawn again in a later term. Withdrawal is allowed only for courses being taken for the first time.

6. Non-credit courses are not eligible for withdrawal.
