Students who have applied for the 2023-2024 Academic Year Spring Term Doctoral Proficiency Exam, which will be held between May 01-31, 2024, are required to submit the following documents to the Department Chair as hardcopy until 16.04.2024:

1. FBE-DR 1-Form (PhD Proficiency Exam Application Form will be filled in Word environment),
2. A petition stating the list of the graduate courses you will take for the exam;

• Must be signed by your supervisor,
• Lecturer names of the selected courses must be written,
• Graduate courses must be chosen among the courses taken from our department.
