The related Work Law nr. 6331 has been updated and published officially recently to define the basic concepts, responsiblities, fines for engineers, workers and employers. With this law, a higher quality in these procedures are aimed. As a result, education and raising consciousness of the workers, engineers and employers is of vital importance.
